If you have been battling with poor quality sleep, have low mood or anxiety or been told you have  a long-term health condition, or just want to enhance your current well-being, I am here to help. Drawing from my experience as a GP and additional training in Sleep, Nutritional, and Environmental Medicine, my approach is rooted in the Australian College of Nutritional & Environmental Medicine (ACNEMS) Four Pillars of Health: good nutrition, adequate physical activity, a healthy environment and (most importantly) restorative sleep.

who can i help?

My approach focuses on building sustainable, holistic change and suits people who:

  • Have trouble falling asleep, snore/breathe heavily overnight, wake up through the night or wake up not refreshed

  • Have insomnia and want more then mediation or would like to try behavioural therapy for insomnia

  • Want to improve their sleep quality to support long-term optimal health.

  • Children with snoring/sleep breathing issues

  • Have unresolved fatigue  or chronic medical conditions

  • Have low mood or anxiety and want to explore a holistic approach while also seeing their therapist

  • Want to have a general check-up to optimise their heath

  • Want to explore medicinal cannabis for a chronic unresolved medical condition or ailment (such as mood issues, insomnia, or long-term pain)

 

What I don’t treat: narcolepsy, parasomnias, teenage sleep-delayed disorders, schizophrenia, baby/toddler/childhood sleep settling/insomnia issues.
